Russell Mack Lee
Russell helps clients enjoy the excitement of a design, decoration or renovation project, and avoid as much of the worry as possible. He knows first-hand how confusing and overwhelming any project can become from selecting the right products to the seemingly endless decisions.

His experience includes designing and renovating a wide range of apartment and home styles – from Washington DC to Virginia hunt country to Miami. His experience in real estate markets means he understands the monetary investments clients are making. His experience in the vintage furnishings market means he understands how to bring uniqueness to each project, rather than a cookie-cutter approach. His designation as a Maria Killam Certified True Color Expert and Interior Design Certification from the University of Miami give him further insight and skills to allow clients to live more comfortably and beautifully.
Russell shares his passion for design with the community, having served as Vice Chair of the Miami Design Preservation League, Chair of the Architectural Standardization Committee for the Morris Lapidus-designed Island Terrace Condominium and President of the landmarked “Washington Best Address” 3901 Connecticut Avenue Condominium.
Craig Stuart Carter
Craig comes to clients with a big advantage – knowing and possessing the skills to do much of the carpentry and construction himself in design, decoration and renovation projects, which gives him a firm understanding of the process and in working with vendors and contractors.
He has renovated and designed classic homes, townhouses and apartments in suburban Maryland, Northern Virginia and Miami for over 25 years and possesses extensive experience in designing kitchens and baths. His creative and functional solutions, as well as his unerring eye for detail, have resulted in successful projects again and again.
Craig, as the co-owner of a residential property investment company, Brass Key Properties, and a licensed Virginia Realtor, understands the importance of budgeting and the financial commitments clients are making. Through his previous career in information technology and project management, he brings extensive knowledge of smart home technology and is well-versed in managing any small or large scale project. His love of photography and art, as well as his experience in visual merchandising, allow him to conceptualize a project and to comfortably and beautifully style any space for clients.
